Great day out at Sunset Point with Collingwood Rotary. Couldn't have a better day in the sunshine (yup it was sunny!!) surrounded by our amazing colleagues, our peers in the industry, enjoying some amazing drinks and feeding a crowd of 500+. We featured a playful plant based dish (spring pea falafel / sweet potato mash / lentil & mushroom bolognese / coconut zhoug / dukkah). Was super tasty I tell you! And to top it off- great visit from our friends Jed and Fiona from Alpine Ski Club- our partner in this food and beverage journey!
